Killmon Gallery Volunteers

The Killmon Gallery is in search of volunteers to aid in our mission of providing scholarships to local young people through art! We are looking for passionate and creative individuals to help with a variety of tasks, projects, and fundraising events.

The Killmon Gallery features local fine art in all mediums. Proceeds benefit The Killmon Foundation, a veteran-founded non-profit organization which provides scholarships to young people from military, healthcare, and ministry families or those who are contemplating a career in one of these fields.

On August 31, 1970, Sgt. Frederick Russell Killmon—a soldier, friend, and Marine Corps brother—lost his life in Vietnam. In his name, The Killmon Foundation was established to support the next generation of brave individuals.

In May of 2024, the Killmon Gallery was opened to raise funds for these scholarships. Since then, it has been our goal to make a meaningful contribution to our community through art.
